Order Processing Timeline
Gorilla Mind processes most orders within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. During major holidays or special promotional events, please expect slightly longer processing times.
Shipping Duration and Delivery Estimates
Once your order leaves our facility, transit time generally ranges from 7 to 12 business days. Overall delivery may take up to 14 days depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations. Delivery estimates may also be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or national holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for your order are automatically calculated based on your items and shipping address. These charges are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, Gorilla Mind will provide you with tracking details. Please allow a brief grace period for tracking information to update within carrier systems.
Order Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of completing your purchase. Contact us immediately to request cancellation, as orders beyond this window may not be eligible for cancellation.
Returns and Refund Process
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of package delivery.
- Unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
