However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times. Any order you place represents an offer to purchase and is subject to our confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at any time due to:

Pricing errors or anomalies;
Stock shortages;
Payment authorization issues;
Anti-fraud measures.

Order Processing and Shipping

After acceptance, orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Shipping is then expected to take between 7-12 business days for delivery within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and must be paid in full to complete your order.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days after you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused and unaltered;
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact Gorilla Mind support at uzosleon@gmail.com to obtain authorization before returning items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may have already entered processing, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Ownership of Content

All content available on Gorilla Mind’s website—text, images, trademarks, code, and overall site design—are owned by Gorilla Mind or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
